    Earlier this week I said (on a different stock) that the day Monday before a Tuesday public holiday is the 2nd best time to release a bad news announcement. The best time being Friday after market. Here is TV2, releasing an after market Friday announcement with $63k in the bank. That was a month ago. The estimated outflow for this quarter is $795k. What does the bank balance look like as at right now? How is this a going concern?
