its a question of holders having faith in the punt that cash will come from somewhere.
do partners have too much vested of their future plans to see this fail?
or will that still come, only in the aftermath where shareholders have been shafted.
more money - to share holder benefit ? or in their destruction?
the green side of the fence - eg a strategic partner invests cash in the present shareholder basis.
the red side of the fence - this goes into liquidation, and a third party resurrects the assets without the shareholders.
