I suspect that over the next several financial periods they will make the financial statements show the cash balance progressively decline towards zero. That way they can then delist and complete the scam.
I bet they would live to delist - Xu would retain his operating company (he could sell it to himself for $1) and not have to bother with ASX formalities any more such as producing financial statements etc.
