At one stage - when I was still in a position to view @dolcevita's posts, she (in arguing that MSB and Celegene were still actively involved in partnership discussions) assured all that MSB would have to make an announcement when discussions with Celgene ceased.
I don't recall such clarity being provided by the company.

I'm not sure how I can't be right, given my view is that - if MSB is unable to secure partnership funding - then the company will have to issue fresh equity capital (as has been the case on several occasions over the past 5 years) in roughly 4 months' time.
