D13 could also structure new POs with milestone payment structure where first payment to D13 (i.e. cost of building a Mesmer unit or a percentage of Mesmer units for a multiple order) would be due at signing of PO. This would give them the necessary cash flow for manufacturing the units on a PO by PO basis. Just a thought.
