What lines need to be read between? They have stated several times they expect revenues h2 2017. That can be anywhere between 1 July and 31 December.
At $3m/qtr burn rate that means at 30 June they have $5m at 30 September $2m and at 31 December they are sunk if they don't hit revenue big in q3. If I were them, I'd take the precaution and raise funding now before I'm on the threshold of going bust.
