We can only hope there is a Chairman's report following this with some honest detail about what is going on, and that it is positive.

Every quarter they disclose hundreds of thousands of spend on marketing and research - who gets that money and what on earth are they doing to earn it??? I mean really. People are getting paid. What are they doing?

Unless there is something we don't know, based on the information in this report, it seems the end is nigh. What a complete stuff up that would be, from start to finish. All of the awards, all of the partnership agreements, all of the testing, all of the announcements about the 'exponential growth' - it seems likely that all of that was actually the stuff of fantasy. It is startling that in this world of over-governance this sort of spruiking continues unabated. Over 3 years of formal announcements suggesting this business would be a huge success (I will settle for a small success - i.e. get my money back would be a good start)
