Interesting to read your quote of the Moelis report forecasting cash balance to increase. They sure missed that one big time!

Despite marketing spin, margins in 4C not improving. Cap raising needed within the next few months, unless thay are going to fund cash outflows with increased borrowings. Neither approach good for current share holders!
