My impression has been ever since the announcement of the leadership change there has been somewhat of a push to paint the old management in a worse light and the incoming management as the good responsible stewards to take us into a new era of Alexium.

That Dirk and Dr Bob will prove to be such may very well be the case, but besides Gavin's excessive salary, I have no faults with previous management's strategy. True in hindsight things could have been handled a lot better, but whose to say we'd be having such great success in the mattress and bedding markets without the previous push for top line profits?

Who's to say there wouldn't have been a lot more dilution if CRs weren't raised at higher prices?

There's a lot of focus on previous management failures without much attention on their successes.
