That Kenya tender may be a non-starter 77.

I spoke with the company yesterday. Highlighted this tender, and some news out of India late last year where they needed to use the military to transport new currency as a result of their demonetisation.

So on this specific point of transportation contracts within the same country - AVA doesn't chase down this work. They focus on cross border/international transportation assignments.

The company did say there may be circumstances that local transportation may be required as part of a larger international shipment contract (i.e: bolt on/ancillary) - but they made it very clear that they don't chase contracts that are solely local transportation work.
