Hey all - first msp post for me. I was an FFT holder but sold recently as I couldn't understand how a cash flow negative business (FFT) can go spending $2M on a placement in another cash flow negative business but that's a tangent. I was also disappointed by FFT's expertise at missing previously revised and missed guidance...
My post is to thank those for the great thoughts on msp. The differing views have been very informative.
The $2M cap raise through the FFT placement extends the runway for msp and revenue looks to be growing quickly. The takeover also seems doomed without an improved offer but that's really just a gut feel from my perspective.
I'm not sure I really understand the AVA story yet but I intend to keep researching. I wonder where gross and net margins will end up on the contracted out secure logistics for example?
