Here is a chart I whipped up to show the Estimated Outflows, the Actual Outflows and the Revenue.
Its clear that the Actual Outflows are steady, even though the estimate increased - a clear sign of cost saving etc.
Furthermore the revenues are increasing proportionally to the estimated outflows.
Nothing to worry about despite the scaremongering.
