Do these "yes men" include the founder of Jahex and current executive director Agam Jain? Or perhaps you were thinking of Sonic Healthcare founder and largest shareholder in JHX chairman Michael Boyd?
As for the company "going backwards" this is not what the historical revenue trends indicate:

I only hold a tiny position and am simply betting that the company will survive since the current share price implies that it will not.
