The ASX update this week is pretty telling IMO.
Pumping up the wins in WA. Zero mention of the progress of the Top Level transaction or movement towards conditions precedent being fulfilled.
The Sydney, Melbourne and now Gold Coast offices operate under a license agreement between Ausnet and Top Level.
In other words it's siloed as a stand alone entity that can rebrand tomorrow and off they go.
I am pretty sure now the deal is off. And that big seller this week might have heard the same.
