I believe the rocket hasnt gone off yet because this thing is tiny and a fund cant get a piece of such a small MC and fighting the liquidity issues. Hence the selling into some 'strength' of this seller at the 32c mark.
I, however will take some of those unwanted shares. This would have to be a takeover target for a bigger firm, surely.
