I don't think you're jumping at shadows - I agree with a lot of what you have said Gosouth.
I was hoping to have the independent experts report by now to have a better idea because on the surface - it does appear we're paying a higher price for Interprac than I would have liked.
Also - although share register is doubling, the shares are likely going to sticky hands. I'm also wondering how exactly they'll use the accumulated losses of circa $15mil to the benefit of all shareholders.
