They then held the EGM in Perth to ratify the issue of the 2nd tranche which was APPROVED, and this 2nd tranche equals to $850k worth of con notes. So in our bank we would have $853k now minus whatever's been spent in July. We have plenty of working capital until we received invoice by end of August (I am a bit miffed that they confirmed through e-mail invoices were due end of July, and now they've changed to end of August).

Also take note that they do say more working capital is needed before the company is financially dependent from the revenues we'll be earning through the two contracts. I suspect this capital raise won't be until the end of this quarter (September) or during the next quarter. And by then the share price should have matured nicely through revenues with SOL and soft launch with PGAS.

Do your research guys, instead of speculating wildly when the information is right there.

Why the $770k is Australia dollar not USD as mentioned in AGM?
