Perf shares always look fine first up then as mkt cap grows (with little revs) act as a real headwind when u look at fully diluted basis
I guess if he hits M4 no one is complaining but the first couple are light on
Also what happens if they acquire NPAT buy issuing Equity? Guess ok as long as they buy cheap enough
