The compliance Intiger provides goes as far as making sure all documentation is there for SOA and putting this compliantly into the SOA template provided by the practice. They do nothing in relation to confirming the strategy meets best interest duty, the 'catch all' provision, safe harbour etc. A practice also has far, far more complex requirements than that.

You do also do some pretty quick research to find that the demand for a quality paraplanner is increasing significantly and has been for a while. A heap of fossil financial planners without a degree will be leaving the industry over the next 5 years and inhouse paraplanners will replace many of them.
