Hi mate, I think many planners would use intiger for overflow Admin/SOA needs (when it gets too busy for their in-house staff to handle) rather than outsource everything. Many planners rely on their paraplanning for strategy input etc which outsourcing doesn't offer. This is how it works with most outsourcing services anyways.
