Hi Hac I assumed more $ = more experience and so forth.
Quite a few of your points above could all be taken care of by IAM's service IMO.
You employ people.....you know what I mean. You would understand the work and cost that goes in to administering pays, leave/sick/holiday/long service/personal days/workcover/super and all the rest of the red tape.
Most employees in my experience look at the boss and think I wish that was me....little do they know IMO.DB
