What caused these guys to have to take a $500k hit on a lease ?
Thats virutally wiped out most of their profit for half year ?
I'm just wondering where this was flagged in earlier reports & what the background is .
How many actual car spaces do they manage ? Is there a simple metric to relate no of spaces to historic turn over ? - or is that being too simplistic ?
