They mustn't be paid any type of upfront sign-up payment? The recurrent revenue will certainly build over time, and as such, once they reach break even this will become a ripper of a long term company.
But only $2.5 mill in the bank and a big chunk in outgoings again this quarter, I'm not sure a $45 mill market cap is warranted at this stage.
Another CR may well be on way well before any sign of profitability.
