The EGM also needs approval to issue 785,718 shares to existing and re-appointed directors (as 'financial benefit 'which I take to mean free) compared with those investors who have to cough up 35c per share. I stand corrected that the directors may have to pay foe their shares, but if not I am just wondering whether AJM is onto a good thing. What effect will the EGM have on the SP?
