The Quarterly for the past two quarters show forecasted production and advertising (&marketing) as follows:

Production    $160k
Advertising   $20k

31/06/17
Production   $160k
Advertising   $20k

So there is no change in pattern this quarter forecasting $150k for production and $10k for advertising.
As you point out though, as of yet, there have been no production costs incurred and it just may happen this quarter,
