Signint. Way back at the beginning of 2017 was an ANN that they had ordered 40000 from AEE to get excl rights for usa. And had started drawing down. What is not known is the terms of that agreement eg over what period did they need to sell/draw down the 40k? What happened if they dont? Still have to pay? Penalty? Lose deposits? Lose excl distr rights?
It does appear strange to be funding more inventory when they have 6000 ynits on hand according to the quarterly
