I was questioning the solvency of company but found out about the $6mln credit facility. Appears some near term CF pressure, CR in Q2/Q3? The jump in order book size is good but is it only cash on completion, further putting pressure on CF.
Notwithstanding further dilution due to potential CR. I don’t think there is much downside at the current SP, why? All unlisted options are exercisable at much higher SP. It is on the lower end of the 52 weeks SP. Furthermore, NCF is on term sheet negotiation, although can’t value this but the tech sounds sexy especially for a pollution focussed China. Saw something today about ban on vehicle productions due to not meeting CO2 emission target, suspect CO2 is seriously on the politburo agenda.
Much of above is my attempt at speculative investing. =P.
I am watching this closely and reading through AR and much of the content you posted so cheers for that.
