Obviously not, otherwise the HOT thread would be moderated by independents. AFSL holders and affiliates are not supposed to have accounts and post here but imo some do.
And that’s because there is not correct governance and administration in the registration process, any nutter who can set up a hotmail.com email or alike can open an account or accounts here imo.
If people had to identify themselves at registration of an account this site would start to have some form of credibility imo and that would clean up a lot of the behavior.
They obviously have the capability as they encourage 708 investors to send in their 708 registered form which identifies the individual.
