I work for a large multinational device company and I just tell you first hand that selling cycle for these kinds of products is often years and years even with the best sales teams. Deals aren’t just done with surgeons they are done with the c-suite and procurement teams and it takes a long time to get everyone on the same page to make a decision. When the US sales team gets some traction you will see the sales rise rapidly. IMO this time next year you should expect a sharp increase in sales. Too many people here only look at this business from a pure financial perspective and fail to understand the in market challenges.
