I think publunchman is referring to the insto buyers hanging onto their shares and not selling at current levels (Look at buyers at the top of spreadsheet and check sell value vs buy value for these buyers).

Inferring that the insto buyers believe this is going higher and are likely getting set for a bigger move, not a lot of shares have been sold over the last few days of trade considering the volume that has gone through the stock recently. Looking forward to seeing whats the company can produce this quarter!
