    Hi @john1160

It's not that investors didn't like the quarterly report. I'd say they were very happy with the results and progress that's being made by the company.

The revenue of 553k doesn't warrant a sp rerate and any excitement. Why?

All factors staying equal, and current with what has been announced, the market already rates isx as a 4-5 million pa revenue company. (They see the great potential) So until the company surpasses at least 1 million per quarter revenue, or some great signing, etc is announced, the sp will hold similar patterns we have seen for the last 18 month's.

It's all got to do with the numbers unfortunatly. That's it!

The guidence the company is giving for the March quarter is $754k. I think that number will increase, just as it did for the December quartley projections. Were they surpassed their upper projection by 60k.

See revenue figures here - https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/29234714/single

As everyone keeps saying, lots of patience required, but not too much. I can see isx being just about cash flow positive by the EFY. Management may even sneak those 1st proformance shares. It's to early to call just yet, it's going down to the wire though.

    Cheers
