Yes, but the directors collected 20 grand plus for not doing much, so what incentive is there for them to do anything except just sit back and take the cash each quarter?
There should be a law that states any company in this situation is NOT allowed to pay Directors anything - that would get them moving, otherwise it seems to be just a legal way of taking cash for nothing.
It's a crime really, since the former CEO moved on to cryptocurrencies, and there have been enormous opportunities in blockchain, technology, resources and cannabis, yet these directors just seem to sit there and take up the cash, without any (meaningful or technical or descriptive) explanation of where the funds are being dripped to.
There is something wrong with the system, it leaves too much to human trust.
