Sorry to quote a small part of your post @Sequoia - but a hypothetical for you if you'll indulge me....
Assume for a minute FFT wasn't a reverse Disallowed for its IPO investors. Assume we didn't know its publicly listed history that has aggravated all and sundry from MSP (including myself).
Pretend to treat it as a reverse takeover. A privately owned intrusion detection company with installations in over 50 countries turning a profit over three quarters, decided to RTO into a loss making MSP. And the terms of the RTO was to give them 55% control of the new combined entity.
Would you be happy about the RTO, or upset about it?
That last question is not just directed at you - but all shareholders.
