The lack of detail in that 4C is as big of a worry as anything else.
Who has the time to guess at the underlying reasons for receipts not matching revenue? And who cares. That is what the management commentary is there for and if they don't clear it up you have to assume the worst case scenario.
Is this business an accumulation of fake news?
Is anyone involved trustworthy or qualified to run a listed business?
