Heaps of speculative reasons revenue is double cash that are not worth posting. This one is the only legitimate reason I can think of.

Customer Mix

Small customers are PAYG large customers are billed in arrears. So if there is a trend away from small customers who have stopped using the app to large customers. Then more customers will be paying in arrears (meaning accrued revenue grows at the expense of cash). This would only have a once off impact.
