Yeah I'm not arguing the directors are worth $500 mill!
They keep saying they have no sales force. If you loose basically the entire relationship management team your going to struggle to even retain existing clients. There would at least be a short term hit to both reputation and likely sales. Your argument new management could be better in the long run, may certainly be valid.
Agree with most of what your saying though.
