Respectfully, one for all the youngsters out there - cash flow is king, cash flow cannot be manipulated and cash flow always tells the truth !!!

An unequivocal red flag IMO here.

The $500m+ question now is can GSW hold onto the cash that it has banked under the $75m December raise at $4.00 ?

Hypothesizing here yes, but how does FIL's internal legal counsel feel about GSW's disclosure on the CBA contract that was made under the 4 April 2017 ASX release which is the last disclosure made by GSW on the CBA deal BEFORE FIL signed up to the December $54m firm offer commitment letter acceptance - watch this space !
