    No but if they sue GSW won’t be able to attract any large customers. Nobody is going to build their business around the offering of a company being sued by their biggest shareholders.

    GSW will have to work out a repricing of the CR and I expect hand back a large chunk of what the raised. Oh and the board will need to be cleared out.
