You may be correct but after all the promises of clearer communication they still can't manage to do it.
Arrogance, thick as bricks or wallowing out of their depth. I'm going with arrogant because thick as bricks is already taken....by us,the shareholders. It is clear GD has absolutely no intention of delivering on any promise or undertaking regarding clarity and unambiguous communication.
We should have got together long before this and punted this bloke. Think about it...how many times has this bloke been told? How many times has he promised that he hears our concerns and will address communication issues? Nothing has happened, nothing.
My sentiment is now "this company will go nowhere until this bloke is gone"
