Yes, a lot of options sitting and waiting there with a much higher mcap for those that don't do their homework.
As always with DTZ, the market is perpetually screaming, "SHOW ME THE MONEY". Until you get binding contracts and solid revenue streams, you can expect this to continue wallowing.
These are companies, which need to make money and build shareholder wealth. Never forget that!
