With a MC of 13mill and 3mill in the bank why is DTZ being ignored, we are gaining traction, receipts are coming in, MASSIVE agreements are 'pencilled' and huge room for upscaling, fundamentally this has to be my pick of 2018.
As is ALWAYS the case I don't have free funds at the moment I'm hoping that it can stay at these levels for a bit so I can top up.

**NB there are a lot of performance shares and that is why HC has the MC at 30mill if they hit the milestones the SP will lift and represent this if they don't there is less SO I so the value of your holding increases, the HC MC in my view is deceptive, I hope they miss their first milestone by 1kg but that's just because I'm selfish**
