A companies not obligated to submit early reports.
The deadline for quarter reporting is the last trading day in the month following a particular reporting period. Half yearly and yearly reporting is two month's following those periods ends.
And if absolutely pushed for time a company can report before trading commences on the 1st day of trading of the following month. If no report is forthcoming then, the stock is suspended from trading until a report is submitted.
Once isx can show postive cash flow for 4 consecutive quarters, the company is no longer required to report quarterly to the market. That's at least 4 / 5 more reports away.

Hi jlo2012
Obviously, I was very pleased with the revenue numbers.
The larger than expected revenue caught everyone by surprise, which is great. Shareholders couldn't have asked for any better of a report. Isx has finally got traction and there be no stoping the company now.
Been real busy today. I'm going to take a good look at the numbers, and the entire report tomorrow. I'll jot down some points to share, although I,m pretty sure all the great analysis the other posters have contributed will have covered everything by then.
Cheers
