It would be bloody funny if GSW were to announce a new material contract e.g. like the US military after POC stage when it was revenue generating... only to be hit with a fourth class action.
IE 3 sets of lawyers arguing that the market was mislead by GSW releasing anticipated deliveries before revenue was being generated and another law firm arguing the complete opposite, I.e. that not releasing the details of the new contract misled the market.
As a retail investor, the prospectus was clear that GSW is paid per delivery after a POC trial period and without any contractual minimum guarantees.
Either way, the case law created in this area and the precedent set will help other PAYG saas businesses.
