Large Chinese customer conveniently forgot to pay the bills for delivered RAN pallets. They were still using the pallets but didn't want to pay RAN. Chinese companies get away with it as many things work against foreign companies. As soon as this news came out, the instos deserted and ran away from RAN as if RAN caught an incurable disease. In actual fact, the insto traders have obligation to meet targets so they let go, these are grabbed by small investors like us at over 90% discounted price.
