I got it from a couple of sources at the time --- one I can remember for certain - I can't remember who the other one was, but, I can guess.
what I remember is that the 'raise' took many by surprise -- so, guess who's idea it would have been?
which of course, what raised my curiosity immediately -- knowing the keys to the safe were not at that time secure
now ------ - about that payout figure? ---
where of where would the money have come from if there weren't cash in the bank?
it's always what we don't think of that often holds the real reasons for things eh?
Anyway - again -- I say, I think the 4c read ok and I suspect the next one will be better and of course ---- 'conditions of discount will be different as well' --- after May, the discount factor should disappear.
