susie, I have nothing but admiration for you.
No matter how many times you smash your head against the crumbling AJX wall, you come back smiling, even though the share price has been disastrous & no doubt you are (on paper) a shed load down.
I said yesterday that this could be the low, but also realise that as a firm they are on the precipice of either making a go of the business or having it fail & everyone losing everything. I hope its the former, but right now they don't have anyone from the shareholder market backing them outside of small private investors.

Whats needed ?

Actual contract wins
Management buying shares - A CEO who recognises the huge damage done not only over the last few years but over the last few months under his watch, he doesn't feel that as he's getting a wage & hasn't got skin in the game, he needs to feel the pain as well
To stop developing new stuff, & start selling the old stuff.....

The turning point is going to be if they ever win the military contract, time kills deals, I hope I am wrong here, if they do - buying shares now will seem like a gift, if they don't, 16.5c will seem high
