Think it is important to understand the fundamentals of its current revenue before writing them off quickly which are as follows:
How many clients retained their services after 6+ months
Of the revenue, how many were clients for <6 months
This at least tells us the quality of its offshore service. I am assuming that the automation via Lilly has not come to fruition.
Not looking good as the whole industry is looking pretty bad due to the royal Commission.
