The re-release of the quarterly included info about the convertible note facility the company has entered into with Boston Technology Management and Blackridge Group for up to $400,000 working capital at an interest rate of 10% pa.
There was a blowout in estimated spent vs actual spend last quarter and a similar quarter will see much of this facility eaten up. Needs a decent increase in revenue instead of the small decline last quarter.
