The investor call was quite good.
Major takeaways for me.
-Zunos acquisition estimate of $3m ARR not included in 4C ARR of ~$15.4m so we're actually at $18.4m ARR once acquisition finalised early next week.
*$3m estimate for integration / marketing I believe so need to take that into account.
-Have funds for an approximate $4m(?) second acquisition that they are still working on, with nothing to announce yet.
-Churn not announced / reported though comment that it is not material different to previous. Will be announced in Annual Report.
My take away, they are a pretty strategic team, our CEO is a bit of a gun, I'd be worried if he left. They're trying to piece something together that can aim to be a company many multiples of here.
Hence the institutional support / interest even at our MC.
