I don't know if you follow any of the other Milk companies going for SMRA but not one other than a NZ company have achieved this on the ASX BUB - NO, WHA - NO, BAL - NO A2M - YES (They are in NZ though) if you think JAT is just going to get it at the click of there fingers you are wrong everyone has been delayed massively. This done not stop them from selling the product though they can still sell bulk to customers if they order online.
I'm definitely a buyer of this stock own 2m shares... stop focusing on the one thing. NCA will be taken out by Chinese even think BAL had a look it. Application process is still as normal but its definitely going to take a long longer with the delays of NCA.
I don't know if you follow any of the other Milk companies going...
